Approximately 60% of the heat generated by aerothermal energy is considered renewable energy due to the exchange of heat with the outside air and therefore will not involve any cost for the user.

The dwelling will be equipped with the electrical and telecommunications sockets established by the standard, as well as an automatic video door entry system connected to the main access and the corresponding doorway.
